Sales
Tax:
Sales tax is applied when California is the state in which the
products are being shipped.
Payment
Mode:
We accept payment through these credit cards.
We do not accept C.O.D. payment.
Order
Confirmation:
When you place your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging
your order.
Shipping:
*Every effort is made to ship orders complete and within the next
business day of your order. Please specify if you would like your
order shipped complete.
*However, in the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item
that you have ordered, we will send the items in stock and the
balance of the order will follow as soon as possible.
*All back orders will be shipped UPS Ground or Priority Mail.
Back orders older than 90 days will automatically be cancelled,
unless there are special circumstances.
Return
Policy:
*Returns on items can be made only within 30 days of shipment
for exchange or refund, no exceptions.
*For exchanges, there is a reshipment charge of $5.00.
*Special orders not listed on this site are not returnable or
refundable.
*All refunds for merchandise only, shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.
*No additional items may be added to an exchange order without
additional shipping charges.

*Must be sent postage paid
*Must be in new, re-saleable condition in the original packaging.
*Must include instructions telling us what you would like us to
do with your returned items.
*Must include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original,
it will not be returned.
